Here’s Sam the Dog going up and away all the way to the stratosphere, to where to stuffed animal has gone before:

Teachers and students from Morecambe Bay Community Primary School (northwest England) sent their fluffy pet mascot on his way to discover the vastness of Space. Strapped to a high-altitude helium balloon, Sam the Dog reached the amazing height almost 24 km (15 miles), capturing is journey with a GoPro camera.

Unfortunately, the story isn’t all bells and whistles: even though the camera and GPS system were successfully retrieved, Sam the Dog is still nowhere to be found!
